Can I choose what to learn by myself?
No. The curriculum is designed by UCE and the Educational Base for Chinese Language Study before hand, to make sure it meets the requirement of related Chinese courses for college students, and maximize its basic, practical and interesting function. Schools will give personal tutoring if you are specially interested in one course. However, you do need to pay for such tutoring at your own expense.
